In Brussels on October 17-19th 2018 the Flemish Department for the Environment hosted the Future Forward Summit on Sustainable Higher Education. Participants came from all over Europe and beyond.
Dr. Anne Snick, member of the FoTRRIS consortium, gave a workshop on how to introduce CO-RRI for complex problems to students, based on her guest lecture in “Communication and Responsible R&I” (Master in Social Communication at Complutense University Madrid – UCM).
Participants from Flemish and international universities, university colleges and from the Flemish government were eager to learn more about the FoTRRIS approach to fostering sustainability in higher education. Representatives of the Copernicus Alliance (https://www.copernicus-alliance.org/) who attended the workshop expressed their interest in future collaboration.
